Return Policy

 Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact BOA Ready Essentials via email or Contact Us Form to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us at your expense.
  • Returns should be addressed to 4711 Forest Drive, PMB 101, Columbia, SC 29206.
  • Please include your RA number on the outside of the package to expedite the return process.

 Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error or a defective product, we will also refund the cost of shipping the item back to us.

 Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team via email or Contact Us Form to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund following the same process as outlined above.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • We may request photos or additional information to assess the damage or defect before authorizing the return.

 Exceptions:

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized or customized items, sale items, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
  • Returns that do not meet our return policy criteria may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
  • Requests for returns longer than 10 days of receiving the items may not be eligible for return.
